PROJECT MANAGER: Matthew S. Brewer

     Mr. Brewer has been the managing partner of Bennett, Brewer, and Associates for the last 9 years. He currently maintains the position of Chief Project Manager and Designer.
     In addition to providing professional services to clients, Mr. Brewer has also been a joint venture partner in residential development projects in western Maryland.

PROFESSIONAL SURVEYOR: David A. Bennett

     In 1995, Mr. Bennett formed a partnership and created Bennett, Brewer, & Associates. Mr. Bennett has over 35 years of experience in the following areas:

• Boundary, Land Title, Topographic, Location, Mining, Engineering and Construction surveys
• Court testimony for boundary disputes
• Pre-design data collection and construction layouts for commercial buildings, restaurants, hotels, condominiums, roads, treatment plants, ski slopes, landfills, surface mines, deep mines, bridges, and transmission lines.

DESIGN ENGINEER: Steven K. Bennett

     Throughout his 15 year career Mr. Bennett has been responsible for the planning, design, and construction of numerous multi-million dollar projects.
     As a project engineer and lead designer, he provides overall management from concept development through construction. His position requires close coordination of all civil design with architectural and other related engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc..) He is responsible for budget planning, scheduling, and general supervision to insure project goals are met.
